Statement of Purpose
To work with Christ in His field (the world) (Matt. 13:36-43). To share our faith and God’s love with the lost (II Tim. 4:5). To sow the “imperishable” seed (the Word of God) (I Peter 1:23). To change people (Acts 2:37-41). To change places (Acts 5:28). To change things (Matt. 17:20-21; Prov. 21:13). To turn the world upside down (Acts 17:6). To devote ourselves to teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and continual prayer (Acts 2:42; Acts 6:4). To manifest the works of the Holy Spirit (Eph. 4:11-16; I Cor. 12; Rom. 12:6-8; Gal. 5:22-23).
The purpose of AGAPE FELLOWSHIP IN CHRIST is the promulgation of the gospel of Jesus Christ without limitation, by means of preaching and teaching the Scriptures as defined in the Holy Bible containing the Old and New Testament; pastoral care based upon applied Christian principles; evangelism and the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world.
